3. Eligibility

To use our Platform:

• You must be 18 years or older

• Or must be using under the supervision of a guardian

• You must possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872

4. Account Creation & Responsibilities

By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Maintain confidentiality of your login details

• Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized access

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

The Company is not liable for losses due to misuse of login credentials.

5. Product Representation & Availability

Fake COD Orders Policy

Repeated refusal to accept COD parcels may result in:

• Blocking of the user account

• Restriction of COD for future orders

• Legal action for loss of logistics cost

8. Shipping, Delivery & Logistics

By placing an order, you agree to our Shipping Policy.
Delivery timelines are estimates; actual delivery may vary due to:

• Festivals/public holidays

• Incorrect address

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon product handover to the courier (as per Indian Contract Act).
